- Preserving and strengthening the physical facilities available for culture
- Strengthening the overall health of existing non-profit organizations and other organizations or businesses in areas which directly impact cultural arts
- Increasing and supporting a healthy financial environment and support systems for individuals in the cultural arts professions
- Increasing the awareness and opportunities of culture for youth
